Accept your perfection and have faith that it is so.
What we see today was once a thought. Our focus on the past can keep us where our true self does not want to be. Our thoughts risen to heaven can change everything in the twinkling of an eye.
Be perfectly healthy and at peace. Remember that God loves you.
